SERS Detection of Apramycin and Kanamycin Through Sliver Nanoparticles Modified with Β-Cyclodextrin and Α-Iron Oxide.

•The SERS substrate of β-CD/α-Fe2O3@AgNPs was used to detect apramycin and kanamycin.•The EFs were 1.71 × 106 for apramycin and 5.86 × 105 for kanamycin, respectively.•The SERS method had much lower LOD, wider linear range and higher sensitivity.•This method was successfully applied to detect drugs in beef and injection samples.
