摘要
In this paper, a millimeter-wave filtering magneto-electric dipole antenna based on SIW feed is proposed, which cancels out the current distribution on the surface of the patch by etching symmetrical gaps on the four patches, thereby generating a gain zero in a higher frequency band. A symmetrical double U-slot etched in the ground under the SIW cavity impedes current transmission, creating an additional gain zero at high frequencies. Due to the high-pass characteristics of the SIW resonator itself, there will be good gain selectivity at out-of-band low frequencies. The proposed millimeter wave filtering antenna has the characteristic of wide bandwidth, small size and good filtering effect. The simulation results show that the -10dB impedance bandwidth of the antenna is 21% $(23.91\sim 29.57 \ \text{GWz})$ , the out-of-band rejection level is greater than 13dB, the average in-band realized gain is 6.55dBi, and the peak realized gain is 7.46 dBi, covering the n257 and n258 frequency bands in 5G communication.
