Design of Filtering Power Divider Based on LTCC Process

In order to miniaturize passive devices in communication systems, a filter power divider module is designed using a low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) process. This combines a bandpass filter and a power divider, effectively reducing the size and achieving miniaturization of the device. ADS software is used to simulate the equivalent circuit diagram, and HFSS software is used to optimize the design and simulation of the 3D model. The dimensions of the filter power divider designed in this paper are 4mm×2mm×2.45mm, and the operating band is 5~6GHz. The simulation results are: insertion loss is less than 4.4dB, return loss is more than 10dB, and isolation is more than 17dB, which can be used in wifi6.
