摘要

Flexible and reflective stereo-metamaterial (SMM) was fabricated in a stretchable soft backing layer of polydimethylsiloxane and polyimide substrate. Up to 10% strain was applied to interchange the resonant frequency of Cu-coupled metamaterial rings. A redshift was observed in the frequency range after inducing strain.
