摘要
Abstract Objectives The study of the female sexual dysfunctions (FSD) frequency in women from unoccupied and occupied territories of Ukraine. Methods The sexological, gynecological and psychological studies have been carried out on 328 patients aged from 18 to 44. 242 women from unoccupied and 86 from occupied territories of the country were examined. Results The frequency of FSD among patients from 18 to 25 years old from unoccupied territories was 21 (8.7%) and among women from occupied territories – 25 (29.1%). Among women aged 26 to 35 from unoccupied territories the frequency of FSD amounted to 78 (32.2%) and among women of the same age from occupied territories – 39 (45.3%). When examining patients aged 36 and older from unoccupied territories the frequency of FSD constituted 29 (11.9%) and among women of the same age from the occupied territories – 16 (18.6%). The frequency of FSD correlated with factor of stress amid military aggression, especially in the zone of hostilities and occupation, loss of relatives, violence, destruction, economic instability. Among FSD in both groups, sexual desire disorders prevailed: in 128 (52.9%) women from unoccupied and in 80 (93.1%) women from occupied territories. Moreover, the loss of sexual desire was found in 38 (15.7%) of those examined from unoccupied territories and 53 (61.6%) from occupied territories. Sexual disgust was noted by 6 (6.9%) of the examinees who experienced sexual violence in the occupied territory. Conclusions In Ukrainian women during the war in the spectrum of FSD, sexual desire disorders prevailed with the formation of sexual disgust in 6 (6.9%) examinees from occupied territories who were subjected to sexual violence. The frequency of FSD correlated with the stress factor arising from the experienced military occupation, loss of relatives, violence, destruction, economic instability.
