摘要
•A bilayer dressing was prepared based on the layered stacking and patterned electrospinning technique.•The mesh-like interfacial topography effectively promoted cell adhesion and proliferation.•The system with asymmetric wettability enabled directional moisture transport and deferoxamine controllable release.•This wound dressing showed a superior therapeutic effect in the diabetic wound.
