Family history of alcohol use is a risk factor for the development of alcohol use in adolescents. However, there are other environmental exposures that could modulate the risk loading of the family history of alcohol use. This study aims to explore distinct subgroups among a cohort of adolescents with a family history of drug use from the ABCD study, based on sociodemographic and environmental factors.
