Noise resistant steam generator water level reconstruction for nuclear power plant based on deep residual shrinkage network

•A noise-resistant deep learning signal reconstruction method is proposed.•The noise-resistant mechanism relies on the shrinkage blocks which were inspired from noisy image classification task.•Evaluate proposed signal reconstruction method with other latest deep learning method based on the sensor data from power-down process of a Chinese nuclear power plant.
