摘要
Acute mesenteric ischemia (AMI) is a vital, medico-surgical, vascular, and gastrointestinal emergency. The progression to intestinal infarction and its vital complications is unpredictable with a high mortality rate. Since 2009, we developed within a hospital group a standardized, multimodal and multidisciplinary therapeutic approach, targeting intestinal viability that allowed for a radical change in prognosis with a > 70% survival rate. This motivated the opening of a first Structure of Intestinal Vascular Emergencies (SURVI) in January 2016. The objective of this prospective study was to report our 7-year results.
