Editorial An Update and A Reflection on TLT's Year of 2023

Even though it has been a while since I wrote an editorial, the entire board of IEEE Transactions on Learning Technologies (TLT) has been working nonstop, including holidays and this past summer. The advantage of having an international team and the silver lining of having time differences! There are always a group of editors who are carrying on the reviews and interacting with authors. After a year of tireless and selfless collaboration, I am happy to report that TLT is sailing forward with full momentum.
