摘要
The laser cladding technique fabricates the FeCrMnVSix high entropy alloy (HEA) coatings on 410 alloy substrates. Tribological tests reveal that the coefficient of friction (COF) of the FeCrMnVSix HEA coatings decreases significantly with increasing Si content. However, the wear rates of HEAs decrease and then increase with the increase of Si content, which means that the excessive Si will weaken the wear resistance of the HEAs in high-temperature environments. The FeCrMnVSi1.0 HEA coating possesses the lowest wear rate (2.26 × 10−5 mm3N−1m−1), which is 43.36 % lower than that of the substrate at 800 °C. The synergistic effect of in situ-formed SiO2 and bimetallic oxides endows FeCrMnVSi1.0 HEA coating with outstanding tribological properties.
