摘要
Plasmonic nanopores are emerging as powerful sensing devices since they provide an additional optical sensing modality to the typical electrical readout obtained from solid-state nanopores. In particular, the Raman fingerprint of translocating molecules obtained by Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy contain unique information on the chemical constituents. Here, we report on a functionalized plasmonic nanopore array to perform flow-through sensing of λ-DNA molecules. We acknowledge support from Horizon 2020 (ProID GA 964363).
