Validity of Measurable Expertise on Publication Recognition

In recent years, increasing attention has been given to the use of expert opinions in decision-making and problem-solving processes. Several methodical approaches to assessing a person’s expertise have been analyzed. This study aims to develop renewable approach modeling for the measurement of researchers’ expertise. It is a unique methodology for collecting individual knowledge and expertise by collaborating on measuring the concentration of publication results and research themes, accreditation of publication media, author position, citations, and number of studies in each year. The knowledge of experts can be represented in the form of dynamic "research" by carrying out research schemes using important features in detail and with variable concepts. This research aims to measure the strength of the publication trail of a researcher's scientific work using the Collaboration Algorithm, in terms of consistency in the field of research, quantity of research, and quality of published research as important points for expressing their expertise. Through research, important points will be found that can be used as benchmark parameters to ensure that someone who is called an expert is someone who has been scientifically proven to meet the requirements supported by valid data through measurable and presentable expert parameters.
