摘要
•The SnO2/perovskite interface is synergistically passivated by MXene nanosheets and NQSNa.•This synergistic passivation reduces interface defect states and achieves a champion efficiency of 24.01%.•Naphthoquinone groups in NQSNa are more prone to keto–enol tautomerism to improve the performance of PSCs.•Green LED is driven by 5 cm × 5 cm minimodule under indoor low light conditions.
