摘要
•NSMO films were successfully prepared on La0.3Sr0.7Al0.65Ta0.35O3 (LSAT) substrates by sol–gel spin-coating method.•The suitable sintering temperature for NSMO films with high TCR values was found by optimizing the sintering temperature.•The NSMO film sintered at 1350 °C showed a TCR of 21.58% K−1.•NSMO film proves great potential for application in highly sensitive infrared bolometers.
