摘要
•Adhesion strength of dental ceramic to milled and SLM Ti6Al4V alloy is studied.•The novelty is that experimental load–strain graphs are used in FEM simulations.•Normal, tangential and equivalent von Mises stresses are determined.•Greatest values of normal stresses perpendicular to porcelain/bond/metal interface.•They are primary reason for adhesive delamination of porcelain coating.
