摘要

•Multifunctional epoxy composites was fabricated by constructing 3D IPN structure.•Hydrogen bond interaction improved dispersion of flame retardants into EP.•EP blend passed UL-94 V-0 rating only needing little amount of flame retardants.•Insulating properties in dielectric constant and thermal conductivity were improved.•The 3D IPN structure also improved the tensile, and flexural properties of EP blend.
