Reducing applied field in NBT-based high energy-storage ceramics via B-site entropy regulation

摘要
•We proposed a novel strategy to reduce the applied field via entropy regulation.•The applied field was reduced to 100 kV/cm with Wrec > 1.3 J/cm3.•The modified ceramics showed the high permittivity ∼2700 ± 15% from 50 to 370 °C.•High-entropy end-members of BaMg1/6Zn1/6Nb2/6Ta2/6O3 was proposed firstly.
