Association between multiple inflammatory biomarkers and remnant cholesterol levels in patients with percutaneous coronary intervention: A large-scale real-world study

•To examine the effect of seven inflammatory biomarkers on remnant cholesterol (RC) levels in patients with PCI.•Higher hs-CRP, CAR, PLR, and SII levels and lower LCR levels were associated with higher risk to have higher RC.•Among them, hs-CRP was superior to CAR, PLR, LCR and SII in the prediction of elevated RC.•Inflammation is closely related to RC in patients with CHD, providing clinicians with evidence-based medical data.
