摘要
The effect of nitrogen doping and thermal treatment on structural and morphological properties of porous carbons derived from hemp hurd using carbonization and activation procedure was done by FTIR, Raman spectroscopy and low-temperature nitrogen absorption. The nitrogen doped carbon exhibit a high specific capacitance of 150 F/g at discharge current of 80 mA/g with good cycling stability due pseudocapacitance enhancing and the increasing of electrical conductivity. The annealing induced removing of nitrogen-containing surface groups annealing causes the decreasing of capacitance and dominating double electric layer mechanism of charge storage mechanism. The control of morphology and surface properties of activated carbons allows to increase energy and power densities of electrochemical capacitors.
