摘要
A method was developed for rapid detection of 17 kinds of perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in drinking water by self-made solid phase extraction (SPE) column using metal-organic frameworks DUT-5-2 as adsorbent coupled with liquid chromatography-quadrupole/linear ion trap tandem mass spectrometry. The calibration curves were linear well with correlation coefficients cover 0.995. The limits of detection were 0.8-8.0 ng/L. The limits of quantification were 2.5-25.0 ng/L. The average spiked recoveries for 17 kinds of PFAS were 62.9%-119.9%, with relative standard derivations (RSDs) of 0.1%-14.8%. This method showed many advantages such as rapidity, economy, high sensitivity, accuracy and precision compared with commercial Oasis HLB and Oasis WAX SPE columns-based methods. The recoveries of the method still met the detection requirements after 4 cycles of regeneration, and was suitable for detection of actual drinking water samples. This method provided an efficient analytical tool for monitoring PFAS pollution in drinking water.
