Research on Position Trigger Control of Multistage Electromagnetic Coil Launcher

This article designs a position trigger control system for multistage asynchronous electromagnetic coil launcher. First, the composition and characteristics of position trigger control system are analyzed, and the armature velocity measurement scheme and velocity measurement principle adopted in this article are introduced. According to the delay characteristic of real trigger control system, the armature position prediction model and position trigger control model are established, and the black box control system running rules are summarized; then, the black box control algorithm is realized based on DSP TMS320F28335. Based on the systematic analysis of the main factors affecting the control precision of position trigger control system, the displacement error function is derived and the control precision is expressed quantitatively. Finally, the feasibility of the control system and the results of the control precision analysis are verified by the experimental data analysis.
