Research on Electro-mechanical Coupling System Control of Distributed Electric Drive Vehicle Based on Jaw Electromagnetic Clutch

摘要
In order to improve the passing ability of the distributed electric drive vehicle under complex road conditions, the fuzzy PID controller was designed based on the electromechanical coupling system of the jaw electromagnetic clutch to realize the torque coupling between the two motors on the same side. The experimental results show that the electromechanical coupling system can keep the vehicle accelerating on the road surface with low adhesion coefficient, the overall driving force of the vehicle is 29% higher than that of the ordinary distributed electric drive vehicle, and the sliding rate of the driving wheel can be controlled in a proper range, the excessive sliding of the driving wheel can be inhibited, and the vehicle passing performance can be effectively improved.
