Power Balancing Control Method for Flexible Interconnected Three-Phase Four-Wire Low-Voltage Distribution Area

摘要
With the policy of whole-county PV(Photovoltaic), distributed PV has been connected to the distribution network in large numbers. The large quantity of distributed PV has brought problems to the distribution network such as voltage crossing and power return. By connecting two AC distribution network through flexible interconnection components, the PV power can be transmitted through DC lines, which can improve the PV consumption rate and alleviate the problems such as voltage crossing and load rate imbalance. In addition, by regulating the output power of the voltage source converter of the flexible interconnection component, the load rate of the interconnected distribution network can be balanced to ensure the stable operation of the distribution network. In this paper, we propose a power balancing control method for flexible interconnected three-phase four-wire low-voltage distribution areas, which adjusts the output power of flexible interconnected elements according to the load rate of interconnected distribution areas at the current moment, so that the load rates of interconnected distribution areas are similar; finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation.
