Analysis of Scattering Characteristics of Periodic Structures Based on Fourier Modal Method

Fourier modal method (FMM) is an algorithm suitable for solving periodic electromagnetic fields. At present, it is mainly used to study the diffraction characteristics of various periodic structures. This paper uses FMM to analyze the scattering characteristics of electromagnetic waves vertically incident on a single-layer structure and obliquely incident on a multilayer structure.
