Research of Quality Data Standardization based on Traceability of Shaft Part Quality Problems

This paper takes the machining process of shaft parts as an example, traces the typical quality problems through the inspection process of its quality features, analyzes the source of quality data in the machining process of shaft parts by causal analysis, and standardizes the quality data, which lays a data foundation for real-time monitoring, prediction and tracing of the quality in the machining process.
