摘要

We investigate the high-order harmonic generation from monolayer MoS 2 through time-dependent functional theory calculations. Studies suggest that harmonics generated from monolayer MoS 2 with linearly polarized pulses have tunable helicity by means of carrier-envelope phase dependence.
