摘要
This paper presents a simulation-based investigation of a phase array structure that utilizes the combination of graphene for high terminal conductivity, Teflon for efficient heat dissipation, and honeycomb aluminum for effective heat transfer. The simulation results indicate that this design improves the overall thermal management and heat dissipation performance of the phase array. This design is a potential solution for addressing power loss and heat transfer issues in phase arrays for satellite applications
