摘要
A flexible hydraulic optical fiber sensor based on Fabry-Perot interferometers(FPI) for pulse wave measurements is proposed. The sensor is fabricated by a single-mode fiber and a gold film forming the FP cavity, with a glycerol-filled liquid capsule structure encapsulated on the outside and sealed with a Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) diaphragm. The structure can reduce the pressure measurement error caused by the position offset, realize the accurate detection of the weak pulse wave signal. The proposed alignment-free device has good application prospects for cardiovascular disease prevention and diagnosis.
