This paper presents the magnetic properties of perpendicularly aligned magnetic nanopillars in magneto-dielectric nanocomposite films fabricated by tandem sputtering methods with an optimized substrate rotation speed. film exhibits perpendicular magnetic anisotropy attributed to the shape anisotropy of pillar shape of Co. These self-assembled nanopillar fabrication process may potentially assist the selective formation of perpendicular magnetic random-access memory architecture.
