Assessment of the Large-Scale Low-Pressure Distributed Energy Cluster Response Potential Based on the Combination of Subjective and Objective Methods

摘要
The large amount of low-voltage distributed renewable energy, such as photovoltaic and wind power, has randomness and fluctuation, which brings challenges to the traditional power grid. In this paper, the characteristics of wind power, photovoltaic and energy storage are analyzed, and the response characteristics of these three distributed resources are studied, and a refined evaluation index system is designed for the response potential evaluation of the distributed resource cluster, A refined evaluation model based on AHP-entropy weight method is established to evaluate the potential of the distributed resource cluster, and the effect of the model in determining the priority of these three distributed resources cluster in the peak-shaving and frequency-modulation scenario is demonstrated by simulation, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to cluster and aggregate regulation of distributed renewable resources.
