摘要
Nanoparticles can significantly improve the insulation performance of oil-paper insulation system. In this paper, using amino-modified SiO 2 nanoparticles as nanoadditives, a soybean oil cellulose paper-oil paper insulation model was established, and the effect of amino-modified SiO 2 nanoparticles on water micro-diffusion in oil-paper insulation system was systematically studied. The simulation experiment shows that with the increase of temperature, the diffusion of water molecules in the oil-water model of amino-modified SiO 2 nanoparticles is slower than that of unmodified SiO 2 nanoparticles. When the temperature is 383K, the diffusion coefficient of water molecules of the unmodified model is 1.22 times that of the modified model, and the amino-modified SiO 2 nanoparticles can form a special hydrogen bond with water molecules to prevent further diffusion of water molecules into cellulosic paper and accelerate the aging of oil-paper insulation system. Indirectly improve the electrical performance and aging performance of oil-paper insulation.
