AGV Variable Speed Control for Human Body Adaptability

摘要
Aiming at the speed change control problem of manned AGV during acceleration and deceleration and braking, this paper analyzes the human body's adaptation to acceleration, compares typical acceleration and deceleration algorithms, and then proposes an S-curve based AGV variable speed control method for human body adaptation, establishes AGV speed curve smoothness control indexes under different constraints, and designs two typical operating speed control modes for AGV comfort and speed, respectively, for AGV practical application requirements. The simulation test of the AGV variable speed control method was conducted for typical working conditions. The simulation results show that this AGV variable speed control method can effectively control the acceleration and deceleration process of AGV, which meets the requirements of human adaptability and AGV operation, and ensures the comfort and smoothness of AGV operation while meeting the speed of AGV operation.
