The problem of frequency stabilization is important for modern gyrotron application such as, for example, high gradient particle acceleration by powerful microwaves. We present experimental results of the test 20 kW/170 GHz tube, which is proposed as a source of external signal for 1 MW/170 GHz gyrotron. Frequency control of gyrotron-driver is organized by feedback control of anode voltage in triode magnetron injection gun, The spectrum width about 1 Hz has been obtained.
