摘要

Abstract Among 292 allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant recipients (allo-HCTr, 2018-2022), 64 (21.9%) tested positive for anti-HEV-IgG and among 208 allo-HCTr tested by plasma/serum-HEV-PCR (2012-2022) 3 (1.4%) primary HEV infections were diagnosed; in one patient plasma HEV-PCR relapsed positive for 100 days. HEV infection remains rare albeit associated with persistent viral replication.
