Hi-C interaction and TAD map of TI2 and G8 regions. A comparison of the chromatin conformation of the region which encompasses TI2 and G8 across the 3 HMCLs (U266, RPMI8226, and KMS11) and PC. We note that there are noticeable loss of TAD boundary within the G8 region between PC and U266 and RPMI8226 that may allow accessibility to distal super-enhancers and result in overexpression. A similar change is seen in KMS11 at the ELF3 locus.
