摘要
Multiband Organic Gain Medium In article number 2300253, Jiyang Ma and co-workers, realize a multiband coherent source by exploiting the optically-pumped singlet states together with spin-polarized triplet states of pentacene doped in p-terphenyl for simultaneously producing 645-nm laser output and 1.45-GHz maser (the microwave analogue of lasers) output. Most importantly, this can be achieved with a single gain medium, in the solid-state, at room temperature on a bench top.
