Professional model

The supervisor as a professional model is another competency included in the transversal personal and social competencies, belonging to the Competencies Schema. This chapter includes the definition of humility as one of the most important qualities belonging to supervisors and the analysis of humility in the repairing of the supervisory alliance. Also, behavioral markers are identified, when there is a risk of supervisory alliance rupture.
