Analysis of Smart Building System: Risks, Threats, and Standards.

Sustainable development goals (SDGs) balance social, economic, and environmental sustainability. The United Nations predicts that 68% of the world's population will live in cities by 2050. The energy efficiency, availability, safety, and accessibility of space increase the need for high-rise buildings. The International Energy Agency predicts there will be 830 hundred million Internet of Things (IoT) devices and sensors by 2024, assist optimal decision-making and help cities automatically adjust to form a complex IoT environment. With the rapid development of technologies, the risks and challenges faced by issues such as big data security, software and hardware protection, disaster prevention and rescue, and personal safety have also changed from single to complex. Taking smart building as the subject, we discuss related risks, standards, and technologies to propose a risk framework covering information communication, disaster prevention, system integration, and facility management. Provide solutions to achieve smart, safety, and sustainability goal.
