Avera/Sema4 oncology and analytics protocol (ASAP): Quantification of HER2 protein expression and activation status in gynecologic malignancies utilizing reverse-phase protein array (RPPA)

The Avera/Sema4 oncology and analytics protocol (ASAP) study is an umbrella protocol utilized to perform comprehensive molecular profiling, and deep data curation on all patients enrolled. The objective of this analysis was to quantify the HER2 protein expression from approximately the first 100 patients enrolled with gynecologic malignancies.
