Infrared Emission from Photoexcited MAPbBr3 Perovskite Film

摘要
Hybrid perovskites have been intensely studied in the last 20 years of research for their extraordinary charge transport properties and peculiar thermalization dynamics. In this study, we show a reflectivity-based, mid-IR analysis of IRAV modes on a photoexcited MAPbBr 3 film sample. Reflectance peaks that arise after above-bandgap photoexcitation are explained as radiative infrared emission from the vibrational polaronic states.
