摘要
Organic Semiconductors Self-doping is an essential method of increasing carrier concentrations in organic electronics that eliminates the need to tailor host–dopant miscibility, a necessary step when employing extrinsic molecular dopants. In article number 2204656, Daniel Powell, Luisa Whittaker-Brooks, and co-workers investigate a series of self-doped organic semiconductors to generate fundamental guidelines for determining the impact that steric encumbrance, counterion selection, and tether distances has on doping efficiency, stability, morphology, and charge-carrier mobility.
