摘要
Robotic enucleation is a safe and feasible technique that allows parenchymal conservation in a minimally-invasive setting, reducing operative time and length of hospital stay with equivalent pathological outcomes compared to open surgery. In selected patients, when oncologically feasible, pancreatic enucleation can be a viable alternative to pancreaticoduodenectomy. We present two cases of robotic pancreatic enucleations. The first patient was affected by head pancreatic NET G1 and the second was a rare case of lymphoepithelial cyst located in pancreatic tail. Clinico-patological data, preoperative management, surgery and final diagnosis were reported.
