The Cover Feature illustrates the sequential pathway to account for the dynamic structural effects on the Second Harmonic Generation (SHG) Responses of supramolecular assemblies. Among a collection of benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxamide derivatives, the authors present the most promising candidate for being monitored by SHG microscopy, and they believe that their results can motivate SHG measurements of such supramolecules having a biological interest.
