摘要
The use of wireless sensor networks has entered various agricultural (Jain et al. in J Netw Commun Emerg Technol JNCET 8(2), 2018), industrial (Singh et al. in Applications of wireless sensor network—a survey, 2017), commercial (Hussein et al. in Energy 1(6), 2017), health () and environmental (Verma et al. in International Conference on 2017:1588–1592, 2017; Mangla et al. in Int J Comput Corp Res 6(3):201, 2016) fields, and many other fields that require rigorous management in their work (Mangla et al. in Int J Comput Corp Res 6(3):201, 2016). The idea of this paper is to take advantage of the sensor location (x, y and z) when designing an early detection system for forest fires. Proposed scheme ensures full control and the flame detection preciseness. This paper is organized as follows: Sect. 1 covers an overview of the forest fire damage around the world. Section 2 shows the importance of the research field in early forest fires detection and its huge growth in scientific publishing over the past thirty years. Section 3 describes the design of the proposed system. Simulation and results are given in Sect. 4. Finally, Conclusions and prospects for future research are outlined in Sect. 4.
