摘要

Radiation pneumonitis and deteriorating pulmonary function are possible adverse effects of lung radiotherapy. Ventilation-perfusion PET/CT (V/Q PET/CT) provides quantitative, high resolution imaging of lung function. We performed a prospective, observational study to investigate the impact of radical (chemo)radiotherapy on lung ventilation and perfusion.
