Predicting the response in patients with liver metastases from NET and submitted to PRRT: the contribution of radiomics

Ziel/Aim Peptide-receptor radiotherapy (PRRT) is an effective treatment modality for stage IV neuroendocrine tumours (NET). However, duration of response after PRRT may vary; standard imaging biomarkers, such as dimension or somatostatin-receptor (SSR) density on PET show little correlation with the time to progression (TTP). In this study, we tested whether texture analysis (TA) can be used to predict the outcome.
