Given the frequent urban flooding events caused by extreme rainstorms, and considering the actual engineering problems faced by the Jin'an river basin in Fuzhou and the influence of tidal level changes on the joint scheduling of pumping stations, this paper constructs a real-time scheduling model for a cluster of terrace drainage pumping stations considering the influence of tidal level, and obtains a joint scheduling scheme for the terrace pumping stations under different tidal levels and simultaneous rainstorms in the joint optimal scheduling study of terrace drainage pumping stations. The simulation results show that the optimal dispatching scheme has a better flood control effect, cost, and ecological water level restoration effect than the traditional dispatching rules, which can provide technical support for the development of the optimal dispatching scheme of drainage pumping stations in the watershed and improve the ability of the city to cope with the rainstorm.
