This chapter covers comprehensive overview of the green aspects of miniaturised systems for greener chromatographical techniques with minimal cost analytical processes, which includes the reduction of volume of samples/solvents, minimisation of generated waste by using microfluidic devices, use of microextraction techniques and use of nontoxic solvents including subcritical water, super critical fluid, bioderived solvents and ionic liquids.
