Fabrication of the Designed Horn Antenna Using 3D Printing Technology

摘要
In this paper, a high-gain rectangular aperture horn antenna operating at 6-11 GHz is designed, processed using the SLM (Selective Laser Melting) 3D printing technology, and experimental results are measured. By comparison, the measured performance of the 3D printed antenna is found to be essentially consistent with the simulated performance, confirming the feasibility of using 3D printing technology to fabricate the horn antenna and potentially providing a new solution for the commercial application of horn antenna.
